Public schools serving DFW's suburban luxury home enclaves and the Park Cities area generally are quite good, and in several cases exceptional. Public schools serving north Dallas and the Fort Worth Arlington luxury home neighborhoods, on the other hand, are more likely to be considered unacceptable by some prospective homebuyers.
As might be expected, many of DFW's best known private schools have chosen over the years to locate their campuses in the north Dallas and the Fort Worth Arlington areas. While there also are private schools located in the Park Cities and suburban luxury home enclaves, they are not nearly as numerous as in the north Dallas and Fort Worth Arlington areas.
