The Lovejoy Independent School District currently operates three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. These five schools are attended by approximately 2,000 students who live in Allen, Fairview, Lucas, and Wylie.
For the 2009-2010 school year, Lovejoy ISD was rated exemplary by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and all five of its campuses received exemplary ratings. The percentage of Lovejoy ISD students passing the 2007-2008 Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) was among the highest in the Texas.
Three Lovejoy ISD schools are attended by students living in the luxury home neighborhoods profiled on this web site. As shown below, all three of these campuses were rated exemplary by the TEA based on their 2009-2010 school year performances.
